Santander Leicester Branch Roof Waterproofing Upgrade
Westmann Contracts were employed to deliver one of our commercial construction projects, stripping and replacing the existing failed waterproofing system and insulation at Santander’s Leicester city centre retail banking property.
The project involved clearing and cleaning the existing roof system prior to strip out and disposal. The new installation included upgraded insulation and a Westwood membrane system, providing a 20-year manufacturer guarantee.

Design & Fabrication of Bespoke Gates & Fencing
Westmann Contracts were employed to design and fabricate bespoke gates and fencing to secure a regional operations centre for one of our clients. The project involved the prefabrication, delivery and installation on site.
Welfare Facilities Refurbishment
Westmann Contracts were employed to upgrade these welfare facilities for one of our main clients. The project involved design and installation in line with their corporate office design guide. Works included, modifications to existing domestic cold and hot water services, public waste, flooring, tiling, IPS panelling and new sanitaryware.
